The Alliance is a platform to teach, support, and empower American workers to take local action to demand
that our government enforce the laws that protect our right to act collectively—for fair wages,
safe conditions, and dignity on the job.
We are not a union. We are not a political party.
We are a worker-led movement to build power from the ground up,
starting with replacing 535 bought members of Congress and their corporate enablers
to restore the most basic right of all: the right to organize without fear of retaliation.
We are a 501(c)(4) preparing to go into battle in the streets, in the courts, and in the halls of power to
establish a government that truly serves the people.
